Poor lion, great white shark and timber wolf are so misunderstood just because they are savage carnivores. Carnivores have feelings too! Sure, they go on feeding frenzies. Sure, they have vicious fangs and scary eyes. Together the new friends decide to become vegetrians. They soon learn this is not a viable answer. Next they try dressing in disguise. This new plan does not work either. With each other's support they must accept that they are carnivores and they eat meat. The humor in this book would be most understandable by mid elementary students.
